Hi, I’m Melanie; she who crafts! I’m a big believer in the power of creativity to lift our spirits and bring people together. I’m a fully qualified therapist and have been running and teaching art and craft workshops for years — I just love seeing how making something with your hands can calm the mind and spark a bit of joy. I spent 12 of my years designing and making bridal headwear (lots of sparkle and detail!). Additionally I’ve worked in substance dependency, supporting people as they found their way to recovery. All of these experiences have shown me how powerful creativity can be in helping people heal, grow, and reconnect. And when I’m not running workshops, I’m usually busy being mum to my two boys or walking my dog which definitely keeps my creative energy flowing!
